PORTRAIT COMMISSIONS

Painting my granddaughter Marina set my painting interests in a new direction, and I’ve since shifted my main focus to portraiture. I find capturing diverse personalities to be a most stimulating and rewarding experience. Since residing in Palm Desert, I’ve come to appreciate this cultural melting pot of interesting people with diverse backgrounds from around the world. Painting from photographs is convenient for all, and allows more time to work than having a subject sit in the studio. Perhaps you have a photo that represents a fond memory, or wish to immortalize someone dear to your heart. I’ve painted loved ones from infants to grandparents, and even those special furry four-legged members of the family.
